Terms
- By using the Dima Academy website, booking a lesson or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
- Private lessons take place online on Zoom or Google Meet at the agreed time, for the length shown on the booking page.
- Lesson packs are valid for the period stated in each pack, starting from the first lesson.
- Digital content and courses are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold.
Cancellations & refunds
- Any lesson can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice. Later cancellations count as taken.
- Recorded courses and programs come with a full refund guarantee within 14 days of purchase.
- Downloadable products (PDFs, templates, flashcards) cannot be refunded once downloaded, unless the file is faulty.
Privacy
- We only collect what we need to provide the service: your name, contact number, and email when you buy.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties, except the payment provider to complete a purchase.
- Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Digital delivery
- Links to digital products are sent to your email and WhatsApp as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Course access is activated within 24 hours of payment at the latest.
